Official Giveaway Rules for Fur Baby Fun

1. Eligibility

The Fur Baby Fun Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia who sign up at https://www.furbabyfun.co/giveaway. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of their date of entry in this promotion in order to qualify. This giveaway is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Fur Baby Fun, its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and directors (collectively the "Employees"), as well as members of an Employees' immediate family and/or those living in the same household of Employees are ineligible to participate in the Fur Baby Fun Giveaway.

2. Sponsorship

The sponsor of this Giveaway is Fur Baby Fun ("Sponsor"). The Sponsor will conduct the Giveaway substantially as described in these Official Rules.

3. Agreement to Rules

By entering this Fur Baby Fun Giveaway, the Entrant (“You”) agrees to abide by the Sponsor's Official Rules and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

4. Fur Baby Fun Giveaway Entry Period

Winners are picked every Thursday. The selected winner will be notified via the email address they provided during the entry. The winner will have 3 business days to respond with their dog's name and/or phone number for personalization of the harness, as well as their shipping address. If the selected winner is unresponsive throughout the entire 3-day period, a different winner will be chosen.

5. How to Enter

Eligible entrants can enter the Fur Baby Fun Giveaway by submitting an entry via the online form provided at https://www.furbabyfun.co/giveaway.

6. Prizes

The Winner(s) of the Fur Baby Fun Giveaway will receive a prize package that includes a personalized dog harness. The actual/appraised prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded.

7. Odds

The total number of eligible entries received determines the odds of winning.

8. Selection and Notification of Winner

The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Sponsor will notify the Winner by email within three days following Winner selection. The winner must respond within 3 business days to claim their prize; otherwise, a new winner will be selected.

9. Rights Granted by You

By entering this Giveaway, You understand and agree that Fur Baby Fun, anyone acting on behalf of Fur Baby Fun, and Fur Baby Fun’s licensees, successors, and assigns shall have the right, where permitted by law, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, your entry, name, photo, portrait, voice, likeness, and biographical information for news, publicity, advertising, and promotional purposes.

10. Terms & Conditions

In its sole discretion, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Fur Baby Fun Giveaway for reasons like unauthorized human intervention, fraud, or technical failures.

11. Limitation of Liability

Your entry into this Giveaway constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Fur Baby Fun and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers against and from any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from participation in the Giveaway.

12. Disputes

THIS GIVEAWAY IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES AND TEXAS, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

13. Privacy Policy

Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Fur Baby Fun website.

The Giveaway hosted by Fur Baby Fun is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform.
