FAQ

1. How long are shipping times? 

We work with suppliers around the world to source high quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days (also known as handling time) of receiving an order. The handling time can increase for personalized and customized orders and/or during high traffic. From that point, it takes approximately 10 to 20 days for items to arrive. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at. Shipping is based on your location - depending on your location, the order could take up to 4 weeks (28 days) to arrive. 

We have fulfillment centers located in the United States, Europe, and China. 

Wrong Address: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered during checkout - please contact us immediately at support@furbabyfun.co if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 

2. What's your return and refund policy? 

We have a 30-day return and refund policy. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@furbabyfun.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Merchant (Fur Baby Fun) will pay shipping cost on returns, not the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Can I cancel my order? 

 Yes, please contact us as soon as possible to cancel any pending order you have at support@furbabyfun.co - even if you are cancelling your order just because you changed your mind about your purchase, that is perfectly OK, please just reach out to us and we will take care of the situation promptly. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item? 

 Contact us at support@furbabyfun.co and we will help you get your correct item as soon as possible and fix the situation, or offer you a refund - it is your choice. 

5. Do you offer exchanges? 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, send us an email at support@furbabyfun.co

6. When are you available to handle customer service inquiries? 

Please give us approximately 1 business day to get back to any inquiries you have - we will do our very best to address any inquiries or concerns you have before that. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.
